We were contacted by Ichiban UK initially for a detailed risk assessment to meet their fire safety responsibilities.
Following the assessment, the team at Ichiban UK later enquired about having a new fire alarm system installed along with a quarterly fire extinguisher service agreement. This required us to protect them with sufficient fire plans for three of their sushi factory sites.
Within the fire risk assessment, our experienced surveyor was able to identify a couple of things that should be addressed. One of which was that the fire alarm system was outdated, meaning that they would benefit from a new one. Following the assessment they asked for our installation team to return and provide them with a fire alarm that meets current standards and fire safety regulations.
