David Lidford, Owner of Soham Lodge Nursing Home in Cambridgeshire, approached us back in 2013 following a rough ride with the original installers of the addressable fire alarm system.

The building company's preferred electrical contractors had left David and his team with a fire alarm system riddled with commissioning faults and non-compliant wiring. Our CRB & DBS checked engineers arrived with their laptops and software and quickly fixed the issues left by the installers.

Delighted with the result, David asked us to put together a routine maintenance servicing package and without delay we started servicing the fire and patient safety systems;

The Care Quality Commission rated nursing home recently opened a brand new 'Dementia Care Ward'. We were tasked with extending the systems into the new areas and in particular, design and engineer an innovative access control system that met the requirements of patient care, security and fire safety.
